It all started WITH...

An internship. Desperate to learn the ins and outs of social media, I took a full-time apprenticeship at Telegraph Creative to assist with developing digital content for clients in various industries, managing blog content, scheduling posts on all social media channels, and reporting trends to better our efforts. About six months later, I was brought on full time as a Community Manager, and eventually took over the digital strategy department. I have managed a team of interns, implemented new strategies for productivity and work flow, and executed marketing campaigns that have skyrocketed revenue and increased brand recognition. 

 

A MAjority of my time is spent...

Researching and developing content strategy for clients in a variety of different industries, including tourism, non-profit, technology,  consumer products, financial services and healthcare. Some of my clients are big and well-known, while others need a little bit of work to help them become known in the digital space. My job as a Community Manager is to implement strategies that will help my clients grow, whether that's through a rebrand campaign or simply maintaining a steady presence online. Each client is different and as an experienced writer, I am able to develop copy that is tailored to my clients needs and goals.
